Bindery Services

We provide several different types of Bindery Services to meet all of your needs.

GBC

GBC binding consists of punching small, rectangular shaped holes in the sides of documents. Using our GBC machine, we then run an appropriately-sized GBC comb through the documents. The comb is flexible, but springs shut to help hold the documents together. GBC binding comes with a clear cover and black back to protect your documents.

Velo

Velo binding is commonly used for professional book creation. It involves punching 11 small holes in the side of the documents and running a plastic piece through each hole. Our velo binding machine then cuts and melts the bottom of the book flush, creating a smooth edge. Unless different instructions are given, we provide a clear cover and black backing to protect the enclosed documents. Velo binding is often used when documents are meant to be permanently bound together, but it is reversable if necessary.

Depo

Deposition binding is an excellent alternative to GBC and Velo. It is especially appropriate with depostions, as it allows you to easily separate your depositions, while still having the option of removing unnecessary pages. Your documents are 3 hole punched, and then placed behind a clear cover with 3 prongs. The prongs are run through the hole punches and then clamped to a black back to help protect and separate the documents. With deposition binding, documents can be removed if necessary and placed into binders.

We also provide 3-hole punching and binders upon request. All our bindery services are 100% guaranteed.
